Quant, Zcash, Cardano Price Predictions: Market Sentiment Shifts Amid Volatility
The cryptocurrency market experienced a volatile weekend as top altcoins dipped in value. Bitcoin remained stuck within a narrow range above $84,000, while the overall valuation of tokens reached $2.89 trillion.
Despite this trend, some notable cryptocurrencies showed signs of growth. Quant (QNT), a leading player in real-world asset tokenization, rose sharply over the past four days, reaching its highest level since October 2022.
The surge in QNT's value is attributed to several banks in the UK utilizing its technology for tokenized deposits. As a result, investors are optimistic about the network's increasing adoption among companies and organizations.
However, analysts warn that QNT has become overbought, with an RSI of 93.50, its highest level in over a year. A reversal is possible once this FOMO phase ends, potentially leading to a drop below $100, followed by a retest of the key support at $84.71.
Zcash (ZEC) has also seen significant gains, reaching $1,650 and nearing its year-to-date high of $1,693. The token's increased futures open interest and rising demand for privacy coins have contributed to its surge above the resistance level of $1,288.
Despite these gains, there is a risk that ZEC may experience mean reversion, where an asset moves back to its historical averages. A bearish divergence pattern has also formed in the Relative Strength Index (RSI), indicating a potential drop to the key support at $1,288.
