RedotPay has cleared an audit as it continues to push forward with its U.S. IPO plans, despite facing compliance hurdles and a $473 million lawsuit from Binance affiliates.

The company recently obtained a money transmitter license in the United States, which is seen as a major step towards its U.S. listing.

This development comes after RedotPay faced significant challenges, including a lawsuit filed by Binance-affiliated firms accusing the company of diverting over 470,000 users from the Binance Card program.
