Remittix Enters Cross-Border Payments Market with PayFi Service
The world of cross-border payments is heating up as Stellar (XLM) and XRP continue to compete for market share. However, a new player, Remittix, is entering the scene with its innovative PayFi service, which allows users to receive supported cryptocurrencies in their local fiat currency, making it easier for people to access their wages or family support without needing to become token traders.
Remittix has already raised over $32 million from more than 40,000 participants towards a $36 million cap and is planning to debut its RTX token on November 24, 2026. The final presale-stage price for RTX is $0.46, which could potentially lead to a major public-market demand and execution.
Stellar's partnership with MoneyGram is also worth noting, as it plans to expand stablecoin utility through an existing relationship. Additionally, Stellar has a planned connection to DTCC's tokenization service, expected in the first half of 2027.
