Remittix Tests Stablecoin-to-Bank Service Ahead of RTX Token Launch
Remittix is taking a significant step toward bridging the gap between stablecoin transactions and traditional banking. The company is testing its PayFi service with 1,000 invited users, allowing them to convert USDT and USDC into fiat currencies like EUR and USD, which can then be deposited into bank accounts. This move aims to integrate stablecoins more deeply into everyday financial activities, moving beyond crypto exchanges and wallets.
The service supports multiple networks, including Ethereum, Celo, Base, and Polygon. Remittix hopes that by simplifying the conversion process, users will find it more convenient to repeat transactions, creating a sustainable business model. The company has already seen over 10,000 iOS wallet downloads and $50 million in trading volume on its Markets platform.
Remittix has raised over $32 million toward a $36 million hard cap, with a final presale tier priced at $0.46. The RTX token is set to debut on November 24, 2026. The early PayFi invitations allow users to test the stablecoin-to-bank journey before the token's wider release, which could shape the platform's long-term success.
The World Bank estimated global remittances at $856 billion in 2024, highlighting the potential market for services like Remittix. If the company can capture even a small share of this market, it could handle substantial annual volume, making it a key player in the stablecoin-to-bank conversion space.
