REX Launches ASSX ETF for 2x Exposure to Strive Asset Management

Instruments

REX Shares and Tuttle Capital Management have launched the ASSX ETF, which provides 2x daily exposure to Strive Asset Management's share price return. This is a leveraged Wall Street product that tracks the equity of a company whose entire corporate strategy is to accumulate Bitcoin (BTC). Strive holds 25,000 BTC on its balance sheet, making it one of the largest publicly traded corporate Bitcoin holders.

The ASSX ETF targets 200% of Strive's daily share-price return, calculated before fees and expenses. The fund provides no direct exposure to BTC, but rather tracks Strive's equity, meaning its performance depends entirely on how Strive's stock moves each session. Investors in the fund are positioned on the company, not the underlying asset it holds.

Strive recently purchased 469 BTC, financed through sales of SATA, its perpetual preferred stock. The purchase added to its existing holdings, which currently rank fifth among publicly traded companies by Bitcoin holdings. REX and Tuttle offer similar 2x daily leveraged products tied to other crypto-adjacent public companies.
