Standard Chartered Predicts 70-Fold Price Surge for Arbitrum by 2030
Standard Chartered's digital assets research team has set a price target of $10 for Arbitrum (ARB) by 2030, implying a 70-fold increase from current levels.
This prediction comes as Arbitrum has shown substantial upside due to its unique structure, which allows it to capture 10% of the net protocol revenue generated by companies operating on the network.
Geoff Kendrick, global head of digital assets research at Standard Chartered, cited Robinhood Chain's launch in July as a key driver behind Arbitrum's recent revenue growth. In September, Arbitrum's revenue reached $5 million, five times its level before the launch.
Kendrick noted that slower-than-expected asset tokenization and an increase in competing blockchains are the main downside risks to this outlook.
