Ripple Heads to Seoul for Key Talks with Korea's Banking Giants

Ripple is heading to Seoul for the XRP Seoul event during Korea Blockchain Week, which will take place on October 3, 2026. The event will feature discussions with major Korean financial institutions and Ripple executives, including President Monica Long and SVP Markus Infanger.

According to Hussein Zangana (Vet), XRP Ledger Foundation director of community, the upcoming XRP Seoul event will focus on tokenization, payments on crypto rails, and decentralized finance (DeFi).

The participant lineup for the event is extensive, including representatives from Kyobo Securities, Woori Bank, Kakao Bank, and several other Korean financial institutions.
