Ripple has called on XRPL validators to upgrade to version 3.2.1 in order to address a critical security patch.
A recent manifestation of a flood flow observed on July 31 was prevented by the new xrpld update, which limits incoming data streams from unknown keys on Ledger nodes.
Ripple has asked operators to restart their systems after updating to ensure that the fix takes effect.
