RLUSD Reserves Hit $2.53B as Circulating Supply Surpasses $2.4B

Ripple's RLUSD stablecoin has seen significant growth in recent months, with its circulating supply topping $2.4 billion and reserves reaching a record high of $2.53 billion.

This milestone marks a rapid expansion for RLUSD, which crossed the $2 billion threshold in late August and has added more than $400 million to its circulation since then.

RLUSD's issuer, Standard Custody & Trust Company, is supervised by the New York Department of Financial Services, and Ripple publishes monthly independent CPA attestations covering circulating supply and reserve assets.

The stablecoin's reserves exceed its circulating supply by roughly $122.5 million, or about 5%, with most of its reserves held in segregated accounts consisting of U.S. dollars and other highly liquid cash equivalents.
