Arbitrum's (ARB) price surged over 45% on Sunday as Robinhood Chain, built on Arbitrum technology, generated around 240 times the fees of Arbitrum's own network. According to DefiLlama data, Robinhood Chain collected $2.9 million in fees in 24 hours, compared to $12,238 on Arbitrum's own chain.

The Arbitrum Expansion Program requires participating chains to pay 10% of net protocol revenue to the Arbitrum ecosystem, with 8% going to the ArbitrumDAO and 2% to the Developer Guild. Robinhood Chain has taken in roughly $10 million in fees over the last several days, including $6 million on Friday.

Traders have pointed to the rising fee stream as a reason behind the rally in ARB. The token's price was trading at $0.19 over the past 24 hours, with its market cap hitting $1.28 billion. On Stocktwits, the retail sentiment around ARB remained in the 'extremely bullish' zone.
