Robinhood Hypes Up Crypto Prediction Market on HYPE Price

The cryptocurrency market has seen its fair share of predictions and bets, but one recent development caught our attention. Robinhood's Crypto Prediction Market is offering a contract on the price of HYPE on August 29, 2026 at 12am EDT.

The contract will determine whether the price of HYPE will be above $81 or exactly $82 at the specified time. If the prediction is correct, those who own contracts will receive $1 for each one they hold.

The prices used to determine this market are based on CF Benchmarks' corresponding Real Time Index (RTI). This means that 60 RTI prices are collected at the last minute before expiration, and the official and final value is the average of these prices.
