Robinhood Launches Bitcoin Price Prediction Contract for October 3, 2026
The Bitcoin price on October 3, 2026, at 1am EDT will be determined by a Robinhood derivatives contract. The contract uses the CF Benchmarks' Real Time Index (RTI) to calculate the price. At the last minute before expiration, 60 RTI prices are collected, and the final value is the average of these prices. If the price reaches or exceeds $84,500, the payout will be 84¢ per contract. If it reaches or exceeds $84,600, the payout will be 26¢ per contract, and if it reaches or exceeds $84,700, the payout will be 3¢ per contract.
The contract is available for trading 24 hours a day, except for Thursday from 3am to 5am ET. Event day is October 3, 2026, and the contract resolves at the end of the event. Payouts are usually within 1 hour of event resolution. Trading prohibitions apply to persons employed by the Source Agencies or those holding material, non-public information on the Underlying.
Trading on the contract involves significant risk and is not suitable for everyone. Additional fees apply, and full contract terms and conditions should be read before trading.
