Robinhood Predicts Bitcoin at $76,700 in 2026
Robinhood has launched a prediction market for the price of Bitcoin (BTC) on October 6, 2026, at 12 PM EDT. According to the platform, the most likely price range for BTC on that date is between $76,700 and $76,799.99. The current distribution of predictions shows that no contracts anticipate BTC falling below $76,699.99, while minimal contracts predict it rising above $76,800.
The prediction market operates 24 hours a day, except for a brief maintenance window from 3 AM to 5 AM ET on Thursdays. The contract will resolve based on the average of 60 Real Time Index (RTI) prices collected from CF Benchmarks at the last minute before expiration. Payouts will occur within an hour of the event's resolution.
Participants can earn $1 for every correct contract they own or choose to close their positions before the event resolves. However, additional fees apply, and traders should review the full contract terms and conditions. The platform also highlights trading prohibitions for those with material, non-public information or employment ties to relevant agencies.
