Robinhood predicts Bitcoin price ranges for October 2026
Robinhood has launched a prediction market for the price of Bitcoin (BTC) on October 6, 2026, at 5am EDT. The platform is offering contracts with specific price ranges, including $87,500 to $87,599.99, $86,000 to $86,099.99, and $85,900 to $85,999.99. These ranges reflect the expected trading values of BTC at the specified time and date.
The prediction market operates 24 hours a day, with a brief pause from 3am to 5am ET on Thursdays. The contract's outcome will be determined using CF Benchmarks' Real Time Index (RTI), which collects 60 RTI prices in the final minute before expiration. The official value is the average of these prices.
Participants can earn $1 for every correct contract they own or choose to close their position before the event resolves. However, additional fees apply, and users must review the full contract terms and conditions. There are also trading restrictions for individuals employed by Source Agencies or those with material, non-public information.
The event contracts are offered through various entities, including KalshiEX LLC, ForecastEX, LLC, Rothera Exchange and Clearing LLC, and North American Derivatives Exchange, Inc. Robinhood emphasizes that live data is for informational purposes only and may be delayed or incorrect.
