Robinhood Stock Surges on New Products and Earnings Contracts
Robinhood stock rose 2.74% to $119.40 in pre-market trading on Wednesday, following announcements made at HOOD Summit 2026.
The company revealed several new products, including earnings contracts that allow eligible users to trade directly on reported EPS, revenue, and selected company performance metrics.
Cboe plans to support these contracts through KPI Binary Options, which are subject to regulatory approval. The initial lineup covers about 23 public companies, with metrics such as Amazon Web Services revenue and Meta advertising revenue.
Robinhood also introduced live earnings-call trading, AI-powered Robinhood Agents, and perpetual crypto futures for eligible U.S. customers.
