Schwartz Sees Unlikely Stability Boost for XRP Ledger Hub

Ripple's CTO Emeritus David Schwartz has observed an unexpected improvement in his XRP Ledger hub infrastructure. Over the past two weeks, he notes that his hub has become more stable and reliable with fewer peer disconnects.

His XRPL hub has climbed back above 500 connected peers, surpassing its two-week high of 509 active peers. Schwartz admits to not knowing the cause behind this improvement but is glad for it.

The hub server maintains connections with numerous other servers participating in the XRP Ledger network, exchanging ledger data and transactions. Fewer peer disconnects mean that connections remain alive for longer, providing a more stable networking environment.
