HPC and Douro Labs have joined forces to support the US Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) efforts to repeal the trade-through rule. The move aims to create a clearer distinction between software development and regulated financial services, particularly in the context of on-chain market infrastructure.

Separately, Hyperscale Data has sold approximately 685 BTC for $43 million to fund its Michigan data center expansion, reducing its holdings to 275 BTC.
