Securitize Integrates ADI Chain for Tokenized BlackRock Funds
Securitize has integrated ADI Chain, a UAE-based Layer-2 blockchain, into its multichain infrastructure. This integration enables tokenized financial products, including private fund shares from BlackRock, KKR, Apollo, and Hamilton Lane, to be issued and settled on Gulf sovereign infrastructure under dual regulatory frameworks.
The move comes after Securitize partnered with Dubai's Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) in September 2026 to advance regulated tokenization initiatives across the emirate. ADI Chain is built as a zero-knowledge rollup, processing transactions off-chain in batches and generating cryptographic validity proofs before posting them to Ethereum mainnet for settlement.
The integration uses Chainlink's Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) to provide interoperability with Securitize's existing multichain network. This allows fund managers to deploy tokenized products on ADI Chain while maintaining EVM-compatible compliance enforcement and secure transfer of asset data across the ecosystem.
