Securitize Unveils Tokenized High-Yield Fund with Neuberger Berman
Securitize has launched a new tokenized fund called HINC (Neuberger Securitize High Income Tokenized Fund), which brings Neuberger Berman's $230 billion fixed-income business to public blockchains. This move allows institutions to access high-yield debt and combines traditional portfolio management with blockchain infrastructure.
HINC targets risk-adjusted income through high-yield bonds and other fixed-income assets, with Neuberger Berman serving as subadvisor. The fund will operate across Avalanche, Ethereum, Solana, and Sui, broadening distribution and offering eligible investors more flexibility.
Securitize Capital serves as the investment adviser for HINC and oversees the strategy. Investors must meet accreditation and qualification standards, complete KYC and AML checks, and satisfy jurisdictional requirements to participate in the fund.
