Sharplink's Ether Holdings Offset Volatility with $11M Staking Revenue
Nasdaq-listed company Sharplink reported a $394.3 million second-quarter loss, primarily due to falling ether prices that triggered over $397 million in unrealized losses and impairments.
Despite this, staking generated $11.2 million in revenue, showing the potential of corporate ETH treasuries to offset some crypto volatility.
Sharplink held 888,938 ETH as of August 3, having committed $100 million to Galaxy's onchain yield fund and continuing to build one of the largest corporate ETH treasuries.
