SHIB On-Chain Surge Fails to Spark Bullish Confirmation
Shiba Inu's on-chain activity has seen a significant increase of 42%, but this rise in activity does not yet signal a bullish trend. The price chart for SHIB shows that the token has made progress since its July low, but the recovery has repeatedly stalled before a true long-term trend reversal could develop.
The main indicator of increased on-chain activity is the number of transactions or interactions taking place, which can include buying and selling, wallet transfers, and other activities. However, this increase in activity requires confirmation from price, volume, and market structure for it to be considered convincingly bullish.
One key barrier for SHIB is located between $0.0000056 and $0.0000057, where the long-term moving average is still descending. During its late-August spike, SHIB momentarily broke above this area, hitting about $0.0000062, but buyers were unable to sustain the breakout.
Shorter-term conditions are better, with an immediate support area created by SHIB's current position above a cluster of moving averages around $0.0000050, $0.0000051. However, losing $0.0000050 would weaken the setup and might expose roughly $0.0000047, $0.0000045.
