Shiba Inu, one of the most well-known memecoins in the digital asset market, marks its sixth anniversary on August 1. The project's ecosystem is celebrating with a major reconstruction phase focused on rebuilding main projects and consolidating technological foundations.

The total number of holders has surpassed the threshold of 1.67 million addresses, with 78,977 new holders joining in July alone. Ecosystem leaders are discussing significant updates for several projects linked to Shiba Inu, including the Shiba Eternity game and the Shiba Inu metaverse.

The SHIB token price has risen by 6.74% in 24 hours and 16.66% over a week on this anniversary. Despite this rebound, its price remains about 95% below its all-time high of $0.0000884 recorded in October 2021.
