Speculation has returned to the Shiba Inu community regarding a potential X comeback by lead ambassador Shytoshi Kusama, who has remained quiet on social media for over three months. Since May 13, Kusama's last communication or interaction on X was seen.

Kaal Dhairya, another key developer, has also maintained a low presence on X since the start of 2026, with only one comment 'LFG' in July when Shiba Inu's price surged. A long-time community member, Vet Kusama, suggested that this might be the month when both developers are expected to make an announcement.

Vet's post did not provide specific details about what the potential announcement could involve, sparking speculation and triggering a debate within the Shiba Inu community. Importantly, there has been no confirmed announcement from Kusama or Dhairya.
