A Solana meme coin developer named Leland King Fawcette made a costly mistake in August 2024 when he sold his TROLL tokens too early.

Fawcette had bought $1,300 worth of the token but decided to sell just hours later for the same price. At the time, TROLL's market cap was only $9,360, whereas today it stands at a significant $158 million.

The token lay dormant for eight months before exploding by 174,948% in April 2025. If Fawcette had held on to his tokens, he would have missed out on a staggering gain of $36 million.
