Solana Dominates as Bitwise Crypto ETFs Attract $100 Million in One Day
Bitwise Crypto ETFs saw a surge in demand, attracting $100 million in one day. This influx of capital was largely driven by Solana products, which accounted for around $40 million.
Bitcoin products came in second place with approximately $22 million. Hyperliquid ranked third with roughly $20 million. XRP products attracted about $12 million, while Ethereum-related products saw significantly less interest at around $1.4 million.
The combined efforts of Solana, Hyperliquid, and XRP accounted for around $72 million of the total inflow, surpassing the amount allocated to Ethereum. The Bitwise Solana Staking ETF (BSOL) also recorded its highest trading volume since launch, with over $126 million traded on the day.
Solana products made up roughly 40% of the $100 million flowing into Bitwise’s U.S. ETFs. This influx of capital comes amid a broader trend of renewed interest in crypto investment products. Bitcoin’s recovery towards the $80,000 level has contributed to this growth, with U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs recording eight consecutive trading sessions of net inflows.
This brings their combined intake over the period to around $2.8 billion. BlackRock’s IBIT has accounted for approximately 72% of this total, at around $2.02 billion.
