Solana ETF Breaks $1B Barrier as Investor Demand Surges
The Solana ETF market is showing resilience in the face of crypto-market volatility. Despite a difficult first half, investors continue to add money to the U.S. Solana ETF market.
Bloomberg's Eric Balchunas notes that the Bitwise Solana Staking ETF (NYSE:BSOL) has surpassed $1 billion in assets, making it the first Solana ETF to reach this milestone.
The broader Solana ETF category has accumulated roughly $1.7 billion in cumulative inflows as of August 25, with no notable outflows despite a sharp downturn in Solana's value this year.
Recent data shows that U.S. spot Solana ETFs attracted $33.5 million on August 24, pushing cumulative category inflows to $1.22 billion. BSOL accounted for $25 million of the day's inflows, or roughly three-quarters of the total.
