Solana's Price Action Triggers Bullish Speculation Amid Cup-And-Handle Pattern
Analysts are watching Solana's price action closely as it trades near the $75 support zone. According to CryptoCurb, a technical analyst, Solana is forming a multiyear cup-and-handle pattern, with its current price activity positioned in the descending handle of this formation.
The cup-and-handle pattern is a bullish chart formation that signals potential for significant rallies when key breakout levels are cleared. If Solana breaks above the handle's upper resistance, it would require a move through the $120 to $160 range, followed by a further rally to challenge resistance around $200 and revisit former highs between $250 and $300.
However, CryptoCurb emphasizes that only a sustained breakthrough above these major levels would strengthen the case for a rally toward $1,000 and beyond, and that the current scenario remains highly speculative as long as the breakout is unconfirmed.
In the short term, Solana is facing an important test at $75. AnnieShr, a market analyst, remarks that this area has become a crucial support level after previously being resistance. A successful hold here could set the stage for a recovery toward $79 to $80.
