Solana's Transaction V1 Upgrade Fails to Boost Price Amid Short-Term Bearish Signals

Solana's Transaction V1 upgrade has taken effect on its mainnet since September 15. This technical improvement increases the network's maximum transaction size from 1,232 bytes to a significant 4,096 bytes.

The expanded capacity enables developers to build more complex and data-intensive applications, including those using zero-knowledge proofs, larger multisignature configurations, and advanced decentralized-finance operations.

Despite this technical improvement, Solana's SOL token remains under short-term selling pressure. Several indicators point to a possible retest of support at $94.16.
