Soluna Holdings has completed its Kati 1 site in Willacy County, Texas, after energizing the final 14 MW of a total 83 MW. This milestone lifts the company's total operating capacity to approximately 206 MW.

The project is part of the wind-powered Project Kati campus, which converts stranded renewable energy into productive Bitcoin hosting and future AI computing capacity while avoiding traditional grid bottlenecks.

Soluna has also reported that ERCOT has conditionally classified the full 166 MW Kati campus as Base Load under its Batch Zero large-load interconnection process. This status preserves interconnection capacity amid a crowded queue dominated by data centers, potentially strengthening Soluna's position in the competitive market for renewable-powered computing.

The company is advancing a 6.3 GW development pipeline, including substantial AI and high-performance computing projects. Analysts have issued a buy rating on SLNH stock with a $4.00 price target, citing strong revenue growth and only moderate leverage as positive factors.
