Soluna Expands Bitdeer Partnership with Additional 7MW Mining Deployment

Soluna Holdings Inc., a developer of green data centers for intensive computing applications, has expanded its partnership with Bitdeer Technologies Group. The company will deploy an additional 7 MW of mining equipment at Project Kati 1 in South Texas.

The expansion brings Bitdeer's total deployment at the site to 35 MW and approximately 2.42 exahashes per second of hash rate. This deployment is expected to be complete by November 2026, adding to the existing 28 MW of mining equipment already installed.

Soluna introduced a co-mining structure with its Bitcoin platform in August, where it provides the site, power, and operations, while Bitdeer supplies and owns its Sealminer A2 Pro Air mining equipment. The companies share the proceeds generated by the deployment under this agreement.
