South Korea Unveils Plan for Tokenized Securities in Stablecoin Markets
South Korea has announced plans to introduce tokenized securities in stablecoin markets starting from February 2027. The government aims to begin with funds, bonds, unlisted shares, and fractional investment products.
The roadmap for implementing this plan is expected to be rolled out soon, marking a significant step towards integrating digital assets into traditional finance systems.
Meanwhile, Bithumb has successfully won two lawsuits against users who sold BTC after being mistakenly credited with 620,000 BTC. The exchange had incorrectly added the large sum of cryptocurrency to user accounts.
