The Stellar (XLM) token experienced significant price fluctuations following a failed Clarity Act vote on September 16. The token plummeted nearly 10% to $0.175, leading to broader cryptocurrency market downturn.

Finbold's AI Agent employed machine learning algorithms from three large language models, DeepSeek Chat, ChatGPT 5.7 Luna, and Gemini 3.5 Flash, to predict the price of XLM on September 30, 2026. The combined forecast indicates a modest increase of approximately 0.56%.

However, the predictions from these models vary significantly, with DeepSeek Chat projecting a potential 3.35% gain to $0.181 and Gemini 3.5 Flash predicting a decline to $0.170, or 3.32% below the reference price. This discrepancy reflects the uncertainty surrounding XLM's near-term direction.

Currently, the technical breakdown of key support levels contributes to selling pressure, with XLM's decline exceeding Bitcoin's (BTC) 1.42% loss. The token also broke below its 61.8% Fibonacci retracement level at $0.178 and its 200-day simple moving average near $0.176.
