Strategy, a company known for its Bitcoin accumulation strategy, has halted weekly purchases of the cryptocurrency for the first time since December 2025. According to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, no new Bitcoin was acquired during the week ending March 29.

The company holds 762,099 Bitcoin, valued at more than $51 billion at the time of the filing. Strategy's Executive Chairman Michael Saylor did not provide an explanation for the pause in purchases, which has been closely tracked by investors and analysts.

Strategy's MSTR Class A shares on the Nasdaq have declined over 60% in the past six months, trading at $126.78 as of publication. The company primarily uses its at-the-market offering program to fund new Bitcoin acquisitions through share sales.
