Strategy, led by Executive Chairman Michael Saylor, has completed its third Bitcoin sale of 2026. The company raised its U.S. dollar reserve to $4 billion while maintaining a significant Bitcoin treasury with 842,138 BTC.

The latest sale involved the disposal of 1,638 BTC between July 27 and August 2 for approximately $104.7 million at an average price of $63,957 per Bitcoin. The proceeds from this sale were used to fund dividends on Strategy's preferred stock (STRC) and repurchase STRC shares.

The company has been shifting its capital management strategy, focusing on strengthening liquidity, supporting preferred stock obligations, and repurchasing securities. This approach is a departure from its previous practice of aggressively accumulating Bitcoin.
