Strive Acquires 2,000 Bitcoin, Boosts Holdings to 28,000 Units

Strive, Inc., a publicly traded company, has announced the purchase of 2,000 Bitcoin at an average price of $84,422. This acquisition increases the company's Bitcoin holdings to 28,000, with a fair value of $2.34 billion, and maintains $284.7 million in cash reserves.

As of September 30, Strive held 28,000 Bitcoin, with an average cost of $90,170 per unit. The company's diluted shares outstanding have risen to approximately 100.7 million, following the increase in shares outstanding.

Strive has also launched a $500 million stock repurchase facility, aiming to maintain an Amplification Ratio above 60% while remaining debt-free. This move is part of the company's efforts to manage its capital structure and enhance shareholder value.
