Strive Snaps Up Another 1,107 BTC, Boosts Holdings to $2.3 Billion

Strive, an asset management firm, has bolstered its Bitcoin holdings by purchasing 1,107 BTC at an average price of $85,396 per unit. This transaction adds to Strive's corporate reserve, which now stands at 27,462 BTC, with an estimated value of $2.3 billion.

The acquisition was funded through the sale of SATA perpetual preferred shares, accounting for 85% of the capital raised, and the exercise of warrants that generated an additional $12.4 million in cash. The weighted average acquisition price of Strive's entire portfolio now stands at $80,862 per unit.

According to Matt Cole, CEO of Strive, this purchase marks the firm's 79th consecutive dividend payment to shareholders. The daily dividend represents an annualized rate of $13 per $SATA share and an effective yield of 13.0% as of the latest market close.
