Strive Targets 60% Amplification Ratio for Bitcoin Strategy

Strive CEO Matt Cole has set his sights on achieving an amplification ratio of above 60% for its Bitcoin strategy by the end of the year. This ambitious target is aimed at maximizing returns from the company's Bitcoin holdings, which now stand at a significant 27,462 BTC following a recent $94.5 million purchase.

Cole emphasized that amplification is the key driver behind total returns in a Bitcoin treasury strategy, accounting for over 99% of modeled changes. He dismissed the common perception that capital costs play a major role, stating they have a much smaller effect.

The target may become increasingly challenging to reach if warrants are exercised or Bitcoin experiences further price growth, Cole warned.
