Strive's SATA Rebounds to Near Par Value Amid Broader BTC Treasury Trend

Strive's SATA preferred shares have rebounded from a low of $83.30 in June to around $97, recovering most of the selloff and moving back within about 3% of their $100 par value, according to Yahoo Finance data.

This recovery is part of a broader trend for Bitcoin treasury companies, which have been refining their capital-raising strategies. Strive introduced SATA in November 2025 as part of its strategy to finance the expansion of its BTC treasury through preferred equity.
