TD Sequential Buy Signal Sparks Hope for Macro-Level Bottom in Bitcoin
Crypto analyst Ali Martinez has identified three long-term technical indicators that may be signaling a macro-level bottom in Bitcoin's price. Martinez notes that a TD Sequential buy signal has formed on Bitcoin's monthly chart, which successfully indicated the market bottom in 2022.
The second indicator is Bitcoin's proximity to its 50-month simple moving average (SMA), which has intersected with Bitcoin's price at numerous significant market lows since 2014. According to Martinez, this long-term support level could be a historically strong zone for Bitcoin.
Additionally, the Chande Momentum Oscillator (CMO) data shows that the indicator has fallen to -71, a relatively low level that has occasionally coincided with significant bottoms in Bitcoin. When these three indicators are considered together, they strengthen the technical outlook that a macroeconomic base may have formed in Bitcoin.
However, Martinez cautions that these indicators are based on past price movements and do not guarantee future price performance. As such, investors should exercise caution when considering investment decisions based on this information.
