Telegram's Wallet in Telegram has introduced on-chain yield vaults for holders of Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USDT. This feature allows users to deposit assets into on-chain strategies that generate variable returns, with top-yielding USDT strategy delivering up to an 18% annual percentage yield.

The new product was built in partnership with lending protocol Morpho, execution layer TAC (TON Applications Chain), and strategy provider Re7. It is designed to bring sophisticated DeFi tools to a mainstream audience by removing technical barriers typically associated with decentralized finance.

Andrew Rogozov, founder and CEO of The Open Platform and Wallet in Telegram, said the feature 'is a massive step toward making decentralized finance truly universal.' The platform claims over 150 million registered users and aims to keep users within Telegram's interface throughout the process. Funds remain under user control through self-custody.
