Tempo Snags Former Circle Communications Head Rachel Busch

Rachel Busch, former Senior Manager of Corporate Communications at Circle, has joined Tempo as its new Head of Communications. According to ChainCatcher, Busch will oversee communications for the stablecoin payment blockchain. She stated that she helped tell the story of USDC and the internet financial system during her time at Circle.

Tempo is a high-performance Layer1 blockchain developed in collaboration with Stripe and Paradigm, targeting payment scenarios and supporting mainstream stablecoins. The mainnet was launched in March 2026, following a $500 million Series A round completed in October 2025 that reached a valuation of $5 billion.
