Theorem Aims to Unlock Active Markets for Tokenized Real-World Assets
Theorem, an RWA exchange infrastructure provider, has launched its platform designed to support tokenized RWAs. The goal is to enable issuers, tokenization platforms, and blockchain networks to deploy and operate secondary markets.
Tokenized real-world assets have grown in value to over $28 billion by mid-2026, but only around $3 billion of that is actively utilized in DeFi. This highlights the challenge of creating active markets for these assets.
Theorem's platform addresses this issue by providing infrastructure that can be deployed under an organization's own brand while retaining full operational control. Each venue can be configured to meet the specific requirements of the assets it supports, allowing markets to reflect regulatory and operational needs.
Vladimir Tikhomirov, Founder of Theorem, stated: 'The first wave of tokenization was all about putting assets on-chain, and we have found great success in that. The next step from there is making those assets truly tradable in markets that reflect how they function in real life.'
The platform is powered by Algebra Integral, which has been deployed across over 100 decentralized exchanges on more than 50 EVM-compatible networks.
