Tres Finance Integrates Live Crypto Data into Anthropic's AI Directory

TRES Finance has made a significant move in the institutional crypto space by releasing a dedicated plugin for Anthropic's Claude AI directory. The tool, called TRES AI Connect, connects live portfolio data managed through TRES to Claude, allowing users to run natural-language queries on financial information.

The integration comes with two key components: TRES AI Connect and the Claude plugin itself. The former is a multi-channel processor built on Anthropic's Model Context Protocol (MCP) that links live digital asset data to Claude. The latter is a set of specific financial skills packaged into a GitHub-hosted plugin, including generating transaction flow diagrams and producing reconciliation reports.

TRES supports clients managing billions in digital assets, catering primarily to crypto-native firms and regulated institutions that require audit-grade financial records. The company's acquisition by Fireblocks for $130 million in January 2026 has provided it with a dedicated financial intelligence and compliance layer purpose-built for digital assets.
