Trump Hosts Exclusive Dinner for Top Meme Coin Buyers Amid Criticism

President Donald Trump will host an exclusive dinner for the top 185 buyers of his TRUMP meme coin in Washington, D.C. on November 22. The event, held at Trump National, will reward holders based on the amount of TRUMP coin they own and how long they hold it. The top 4 VIP holders will receive an 18-karat gold Trump watch.

Trump has earned $635 million from the TRUMP coin since its 2025 launch, part of the $1.4 billion he has disclosed earning from his businesses through last year. Buyers of his crypto products, meanwhile, have lost a combined $4.7 billion.

Critics, including California Governor Gavin Newsom, have called the event 'SICK' and accused Trump of 'selling access to the White House'. The CEO of TYT noted that Trump's disapproval rating is at 69%, while analyst Nate Geraci said he doubts the dinner would be happening if the CLARITY Act had passed.
