Uniswap Rolls Out Pools Token Launchpad on Robinhood Chain
Uniswap Labs has launched Pools, a token launchpad for Robinhood Chain that streamlines token creation and trading. The beta went live on August 4th after a 24-hour countdown, although it was delayed from its original start time.
Pools features permanently locked liquidity, auto-compounding liquidity provider fees, and built-in sniping protection. It applies the standard 0.25% Uniswap v4 LP fee, which compounds to grow permanently locked liquidity. Creators can choose to earn 0.05% of the fee, while the remaining portion is reinvested.
The platform supports two launch formats: Crowd Launch and Instant Launch. Crowd Launch uses a four-hour bidding process with TWAP-based pricing to reduce bundling and bot-driven purchases, requiring a minimum $10,000 FDV for the token to launch. Alternatively, Instant Launch lists tokens immediately using a bonding curve, allowing trading to begin as soon as the token is created.
