USDT Now Accepted as Network Fee on Four Major Crypto Networks

Binance Wallet has introduced a new feature that allows users to pay transaction fees in USDT across four networks. This means users no longer need to acquire native tokens like ETH, SOL, or other coins just to cover network fees.

The feature covers the BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum, Solana, and TRON networks. Users can now choose to pay with USDT when making transactions on these networks, even if they don't have the necessary native coin in their wallet.

This new option addresses an issue for users who have the token they want to send in their wallet but lack the native coin needed to pay the fee. For example, instead of holding ETH to pay fees on the Ethereum network or SOL on the Solana network, users can choose to pay with USDT.

Binance said it will expand support for paying fees in USDT to other networks in the future, but no timeline has been announced yet.
