Veteran Wall Street investor Jordi Visser believes that only a few things have survived repeated waves of human and technological disruption, including religion, gold, and Bitcoin.

In an interview on the Coin Stories podcast with Natalie Brunell, Visser said he can guarantee that Bitcoin will still be around in 20 years, making it the only crypto technology he is confident about.

Visser argued that retail adoption does not drive Bitcoin's price, but rather wealthy holders who currently avoid it. He cited the example of Stanley Druckenmiller, whose Duquesne Family Office disclosed a $23 million position in Hyperliquid Strategies (PURR) in its second-quarter 13F filing.

Visser also made some critical comments about the crypto sector, stating that 'crypto is not made for humans' and that it will be agents who drive demand, using stablecoins on layer-2 networks built on Ethereum (ETH) and Solana (SOL).
