XRP Could Jump 60% If It Clears Key Technical Level
XRP is facing a critical technical test that could shape its next price movement. According to crypto commentator Austin Hilton, the cryptocurrency could surge by nearly 60% if it successfully holds the $1.50 level, breaks above $1.55, and maintains that breakout. Hilton outlined this scenario in a video attached to his X post, comparing the current price structure to XRP’s previous 56.83% advance to project a potential target near $2.43.
Hilton highlighted $1.55 as the immediate hurdle XRP must clear. He emphasized that XRP needs to defend the $1.50 level before challenging $1.55. A sustained move above $1.55 would signal a breakout, potentially opening the door to higher Fibonacci levels, including $2.18, $2.40, and $2.57.
The analyst based his projection on XRP’s past performance, particularly a rally from approximately $0.99 to $1.55, which represented a 56.83% advance. If XRP replicates a similar move from its current price, Hilton calculated that it could reach around $2.43, marking a nearly 60% increase. He also noted that XRP’s recent decline to the $1.27, $1.30 area was influenced by broader factors like unemployment concerns, Federal Reserve developments, and geopolitical events.
For XRP to meet Hilton’s projection, it must first hold the $1.50 level, then break and sustain above $1.55. If successful, Hilton’s chart analysis suggests XRP could target the $2.18, $2.57 range, with $2.43 as the key projected target.
