XRP ETFs Soak Up $121M as Price Plunge Shrinks Net Assets
XRP exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in the US have seen a significant influx of money, pulling in $121.4 million this month on a five-session streak. However, despite these inflows, their net assets have shrunk due to the declining price of XRP, which has dropped below $1.50.
The funds took in an average of around $24 million per session over the past week, with some days bringing in as much as $22.6 million and others slightly less. The total cumulative inflows since their launch in late 2025 now stand at $1.79 billion, with Bitwise leading the pack with about $677 million in inflows.
However, the price of XRP has been eroding the value of ETF holdings, causing net assets to slip below the $1.79 billion mark. The funds currently hold around 1.18 billion XRP, or 1.18% of total supply, with Bitwise holding the largest amount at 413.1 million XRP.
Two key dates are expected to impact the market: September 30, when Kalshi traders will reassess their predictions for XRP's price; and October 1, when Ripple's escrow window opens, potentially releasing up to 1 billion XRP.
