XRP Extends Record-Breaking 627-Day Streak Above $1 Amid Rising Transactions
XRP has quietly achieved a new milestone by holding above the $1 level for a record-breaking 627 consecutive days. This historic streak has been ongoing since at least this time last year, according to on-chain data from MSB Intel and CoinCodex.
The significance of this achievement lies not in the price alone but rather in its transformation into long-term support. In previous market cycles, XRP briefly climbed above $1 before sharp selloffs erased those gains, indicating stronger market conviction and a more mature price structure.
The prolonged accumulation period has laid the groundwork for powerful directional moves. XRPL's network activity reinforces this narrative, with 1,988,188 transactions processed over the past 24 hours. The ledger settled 373,049 payments, created 1,087 new accounts, and closed 11,607 ledgers.
Ripple's dollar-backed stablecoin RLUSD is also accelerating ecosystem growth, with nearly $853 million worth of RLUSD residing on the XRP Ledger. This represents approximately 90% of the network's stablecoin liquidity, strengthening XRPL's position in cross-border payments and decentralized finance.
